Due to its versatile design, it can also be used to hang gym rings, GTS, climbing ropes and other implements with ease. The Utility crossbeam can also be used as a bracing system, to create a sturdy structure and reduce shaking, especially when punching bags are mounted on the structure, or when there are multiple users doing muscle ups all at once.
